The resulting two door coupe incorporated gullwing doors, stainless steel body panels, recessed windshield wipers, windshield embedded radio antenna, epoxy coated frame. 9,080 DeLoreans were built by DeLorean Motor Company, Ltd in Belfast, Northern Ireland between 1981 and 1983.
